Khwaab, thanks. I was just trying my best because I've worked 8 hours and had 2 Taiji classes prior to doing this practice drill that day. As a matter of fact, I've been up for more than 16 hours during this filming and my enegy level was almost down to zero. hohoho~~~ =P

when you do your leg raises in the beginning...stop taking a step and then doing the next one. kick...foot down...step forward with the leg you just kicked with...then kick leg waiting behind....and so on. and i always say this........put more UMPH! into your wushu. peace

Yeah the new student is kinda funny but I think he´s good (a lot better than I would B), he´s trying hard and that´s always good. The girl in black looks tired but impressive cause she keeps going. And U R good too! U´ve got a lot of energy in your moves. U seem 2 give 100% in all the moves, gr8!

Lol, the "girl" in the black is my mom. She's in her mid-40's, which explains why she seems tired. =P

May I just ask you...I wonder if one has 2 B in a certain shape or U know, have a certain basic strength B4 starting Wushu? U C, I´m afraid I´m too weak 2 start and I´m wondering if I should start when I get more body-strength? Right now, I´m about 6 kg underweight and I´m so out of shape that I can´t even stand on my hands...never been able 2 actually:( So basically, do I have 2 B fit B4 starting? I´m so afraid 2 make a fool out of myself...

I think as a beginner, its important that you do a lot of conditioning to build up your endurance and flexibility. Everything takes time, so don't stress too much if you can't get one thing at once. I admit that I'm still not capable of doing certain drills as well as many 1st year students, and this is already my 3rd year!
