  • Good Job. Check out my 70lb challenge on my channel.

    So if I can give you a few tips.

    1. Work on your grip and wrist strength. It looked like the dumbbells were pressing on the side of your wrists.

    2. Start at 50's do 12 reps - Then 60's do 8-10 - Then hit the 70's for 4-6 - Then drop to 40's and push out as many as you can, try for speed but still stay controlled.

    In a few weeks you should see increase in reps. When you do increase your weight to 75 or 80.

  • took me about 6 months to go from 70x10 to 85x13
