Why is nothing being done to improve this highway?? Clearly the fast lane floods during a storm, its easy for any vehicle to hydroplane, you guys have known this for quite a while now, hence the first accident of the SUV that hydroplanned and flipped over in that same spot months ago. Why the hell do we pay the Toll Ways and Taxes for? Im not rioting, it just pisses me off that this problem has been aware of for a while now and no one takes action, someone could easily get killed by this.

@Johncarson9113 The police and highway department know about it and they haven't done anything so as long as it is like that I'm going to be watching for accidents.
