Live and Learn the Arctic Way

The main idea behind the international film "Live and Learn the Arctic Way" is to profile University of Nordland in the competitive world education arena for prospective students, staff and network partners. The Region of Salten provides the unique backdrop for the film which features both Norwegian and international students and staff at Bodø University College - soon to become University of Nordland (see photo on the right to see some of the students taking part in the film).

The four university faculties, Faculty of Social Sciences, Faculty of Professional Studies, Faculty of Biosciences and Aquaculture and Bodø Graduate School of Business are all presented in the film which was shot during the period January to June 2010. The film aims to make the new university clearly visible for partners, networks and potential partners and networks and profiling the university's specialities and attracting new students to come to Bodø.
