Sayaw sa Bangko is native to the barrio of Pangapisan, Lingayen, Pangasinan, and demands skill from is performers who must dance on top of benches roughly six inches wide.

@Kinetic27 i agree, we need to hold fun competitions for cultural dances so that the dances develop even more & at the same time is preserved.

Filipino-American here! I love this dance!! I would have to say, out of all the Filipino folk dances I know, this one is my most favorite. It's challenging, local, and fun! :) It's quite interactive, too.
