But when you see a traffic agent running down a block, trying to out beat the owner of the car, to give a ticket for a car that the meeter expired, THAT IS CALLED RACIST!

I always wondered how drivers on Flatbush Avenue are treated for expired meeters, when I got there and saw all the expired meeters and not a single traffic agent in sight, that's when I understood who is a racist.

whats leaking out is rain water. If it seems like it smells foul the problem again is that the community does not follow the the recycle program,which is "You are required to rinse clean all bottles and food containers before you discard them."

The leaking is smells and isnt rain water.

I checked today and I saw on a garbage truck that there is a cap on the truck so the smelly water doesn't leak on the street.

Let me educate you morons. The truck's number says BKS-12. That means Brooklyn South

12th district. That means Boro Park. Home to the Hasidic Jews who happen to be the biggest slobs(nothing to do with their religion)around.

I used to work for the nyc sanitation and when I worked in Boro Park, whether the drain hole was plugged or not, that swil from the

metal and glass recycling pails would leak from the body of the truck after you ran the compacter. Hasidics are major slobs.

If the trucks did NOT drain, the liquids would fill the hopper and the garbage would float...(happens on rainy evenings when trucks are parked outside). -- THEN the public would complain about the severe spraying when cycling. Give us a break! WE EARN OUR MONEY!
