This song sounds great on ukulele!
And its really easy to learn. If you don't have a ukulele, you should definitely get one. They are fun to play and they are so small and light. I think the one I have cost about $10.

***Important note: When I say don't play this string, I actually mean don't hold that string (leave it open). I don't know why I said don't play it. You strum all 4 strings throughout the whole song.

  • I'm a begginer on ukulele (although I have played the clarinet for 7 years) so I may be wrong, but you said the last part "so I crawl back into your arms" was on 11, 9, 9, and 2 but after listening to the song I think it's 10, 8, 8, 3. Let me know what you think!

    Thanks and happy playing!

  • i screwed up a little there, if your frame of reference is the 3 fingers that are on the same fret, then its 9, 7, 7, 2

just listen and you'll hear that its right

  • hey can you send me the chords in order for the song??? That would be incredible..

    THanks

  • just search for the tab. i believe my version is transposed down to better fit my vocal range

  • thanks alot!

  • this is a great tutorial. i love this song. i don't really understand the chords you are holding for the chorus. (around 4:50)

  • thanks, glad I could help.

so up until the chorus you're sliding around three fingers. the first chord is putting all three fingers on the second fret. Then for the next chord everything stays the same except the on the 3rd string (the middle one you've been holding down) you hold the 1st fret instead of the second. Then from this new chord just let go of the 2nd string to get the next chord. Then put all three fingers on the 4th fret of the bottom 4 strings for the last chord.
