Shawn Parker Tells All About His Family and Cops 1

Part 1 of 3 Charles L. Lewis goes by the name Shawn in this recording. Lewis has always introduced himself as Shawn Parker. He is the biological son of Barbara Parker, and the step-son of John L. Parker of 607 Freeman St. Berryville, AR. Shawn (24) is also the older half brother to Wayne M. Parker(20), the rapist arrested on August 22, for the August 01, 2008 rape of a minor plus both Parkers are linked to several other rapes. John & Barbara Parker are the biological parents of Wayne M. Parker. The first conversation was earlier on this same date of this recording, August 10, 2008, where Shawn spoke of what would happen to us if his brother, Wayne Parker was arrested, and/or harmed in any way, for rape of our daughter. He advised me, that pranks would be first and that we should get locking gas caps for our vehicles. Apparently, this is not the first time the Parker family has intimidated rape victims and their families into not prosecuting. CASE HISTORY: A witness of another rape committed by Shawn, his brother Wayne Parker and Tom Paul Morris, had went through similar intimidation. The prosecutor said she sent a subpoena for her. But the server had a heart attack and the subpoena was not served. I asked the prosecutor, if ANY subpoenas were served to anybody else, during this time? The prosecutor said yes, but I (she) was not in time. We will have to re-file for a new subpoena. This witness told me later that the Parkers and a plain clothes cop, threatened her and her kids. She has since left town and was never interviewed by Berryville Police or the prosecutor. A second witness, who actually heard the rape victim cry out for help, was never subpoenaed. He stated that he was also threatened by the Parkers, and a plain clothes cop named Chipps. That witness left town and is now living out west. A third witness developed a brain tumor, but it was benign. ALL 3 WITNESSES CAME TO US WITH THEIR STORIES. None of these 3 witnesses have been interviewed by the police or prosecutor for the rape of a teenage girl(s) by Wayne Parker. Only a 15 year old girl & a 19 year old boy, who were no where near the rape scene, were interviewed. The victim said it was sex because she did not want to report it. She was afraid her parents would kill someone, and all of the school would know she was a rape victim. For one week after the rape, the rape victim only talked to the 15 year old girl, Kamela Ahearn and the 19 year old boy, Kevin Rich. Ahearns mother, Pamela was also interviewed and her hearsay hurt the case. The victim talked to the 15 year old girl because the girl had been having sex, quite often since age 12 & many times asked the victims mother, (a former nurse), about pregnancy & where to get tested without her own mother knowing. The 19 year old boy was a friend but he wanted more than a friendship. The victim did not because the boy was into Tarot cards & the occult. Continued.
