I'm sorry, but this was not ready to recite. This needed much more practice before performance. I can tell that your sister is not comfortable playing this; therefore, she needs to keep practicing it until she partially memorizes sections so she doesn't need to keep awkwardly looking back up at the sheets. The music needs to flow smoothly together and how she is playing it - it does not. Sorry, but this is just too much of a beautiful piece to be performed this way. Show people what it deserves.

I would just say, that all pianists and great pianists play this valse very quickly, I prefer when it's played slowly, I have the feeling of meloncoly on this piece, I don't feel that when it's played quickly. Perhaps this what I find that it's well played like this. ^^

Sorry I don't know whether you want constructive criticism but only a few things;

the piece needs to flow a bit more, it's a bit rigid and tense, the trills at the beginning need to last longer, and finally more pedal is needed, whether to make the whole piece flow a bit more or to add emphasise to different sections, where it is needed.
