2009 FARGO FLOOD Part Four

It is now Friday, March 27, 2009, and the Red River is slowing... but will it slow enough? The sandbagging is complete at 43 feet and the residents/volunteers of Fargo/Moorhead are exhausted... and can now only sit and wait for the Red River to eventually crest...

i live in fargo, and it was crazy how many people volunteered and kept most of the city safe from flooded homes. i'm proud to say i'm from the f-m area, and hope we can make it through the second crest.

Thank you for this video. I lived in Fargo for eight years and two of my three sons were born there. My first mother-in-law still lives there and I am worried about the whole place. I loved what I experienced with the people there. It is a good palce.

All I can say is WOW! Thank you for all these great videos. Friends from outside the valley have seen these and are amazed at how we can come together as one for one cause. We work tirelessly to help complete strangers. And to all those that have come from out of town to help, you can count yourselves as members of our community. The outpouring of help has been amazing.
