Heretic - The Curse of D'sparil

Map01 demo vid of my mod The Curse of D'sparil for Heretic.
The video is recorded playing in Zdoom. But it will work in anything supporting Heretic and got limits removed.

I haven't played Heretic in ages because I know the levels inside-out, so I've been playing Final Doom for something different.

This video though reminds me how much better I still think Heretic is, and now I really want it. Thanks for the video.

GREAT maps!! Really majestic! I'm trying to make a Heretic wad as well... how do you make the water do that splash effect? It doesn't seem to work on Doom Builder 2. Please let me know. Cheers!

The water splash effect is a default feature of Heretic.

I like it! Nice detailing etc, only thing disturbing me is that there are so many textures used per one room. That's just me, going to download soon.:)

@kelmorian178: Nope. Crouch just makes it really easy to evade projectiles and jump... I dunno what good jump does in Doom/Heretic really.

But you got to admit, adding the crouch/jumping mechanics makes it fun.
