2008 Saleen Racecraft Drive-By with O/R X-Pipe

2008 Saleen Racecraft Mustang - Series VI Saleen Supercharged, Saleen Suspension, Pypes Off-road X-Pipe, MBRP Axle-backs, with other minor mods. Dyno'd at 373WHP/377TQ @ 4lbs.

Couldn't really hammer it, not enough room. Good Rev at the very end of the video.

Good to see this, I have the MBRP axle backs and was wondering how they'd sound with an X pipe! I will probably go catted though, don't want it to be excessively loud.

@ghunt81 Thanks. The MBRP's are pretty solid, glad I went with them. Like I said before, the sound is very different: raspy but screams on the top end. Anyone who hears it has loved it. With the O/R Xpipe, its really not excessive. Sounds good and has a good volume. Might be too loud for some, but not bad. Cat's change the sound completely so not sure how it will sound. Good luck!

Thanks! I appreciate that. The setup is Pypes O/R Xpipe with MBRP Stinger Style Exhausts. Stock manifolds. Its a very different sound. Very raspy yet rumbly at low speeds. Decently loud. But when you put the pedal down, it screams. Sounds nasty IMO.

what was the fastest you went in this video imma guess about 45-50 idk why and maybe its just the camera but it seems slow

@IxIzzzzxFluFFy Ha, not very fast man. I had just put the Xpipe on and I wanted to just get a quick video of it. I really need to go get a better one now. Couldn't go too fast there, that small strip was very tight and had a bunch of pot holes. I need to get a good, open run video. We did that real quick so I had to take what I got.

The Pypes Xpipe with MBRP axlebacks is a good combo. Very raspy at low end but scream above 4500. The blower doesn't hurt ;)

What's the exact exhaust set up? i have an 08 racecraft just like this except white. i took the middle stripe off though and replaced the black "racecraft" stripes with grey ones. the car sounds very good though. compliments to the chef.
