Golden Slippers

Lets mozy on over to The Old Square Dance Barn and dance to Cliffie Stone and His Square Dance Band.
I often refer to "Square Dance Music" as "Cow Milking Music". This comes from the old stories that I heard as a child about the cows relaxing and giving more milk while listening to this kind of music. Nevertheless, when I was young and used to spend weekends at my great uncles' farm in Blackfoot, Idaho, it was my job two times a day (at milking time) to keep the old Victrola in the barn wound up and to spin the the "Square Dance Music" records.
Everytime I go to a Square Dance or listen to these old records, I can almost smell those "farm fresh" smells!
