Beautiful lady I must say but those could have been removed easier. Get a microdermal insertion hemostat. They will set you back like 6 or 7 bucks. Look for the shortest end of anchor and pull away and up. No cutting needed. Hope her scar heal up well.

Ummmm.....thts gunna scar for like everr... itook mine out tha other dayy nd I hardly notice tha hole where tha dermal was pieced inn...sooo culda done it an easier wayy..iuse tweezers

omg wow, um I would of gone to piercer and got it taken out. Un sanitized area no gloves hope it didn't get infected.

@kome0604 Believe it or not she's actually healing up very nicely. And please understand, I only did this for her because I was afraid she was going to use even worse methods herself (i.e. scissors) if I said no.
