@jujitsoka32 While these drills aren't specifically for self defence, they are very useful. If someone takes you down in the street there is a good chance that you will naturally perform the right technique from muscle memory.

it`s really awsome man just one doubt ??? as selfdefense this won`t work in this way????. but shown here as drills will just be a nice warms up...
