Hey! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (google it), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you considered Kinovelax Diet Plan? I have heard several great things about it and my buddy lost lots of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

Dont drink too much water. the govt pushes too much water on you because it has sodium fluoride and chlorine in it. By-products of the aluminum and pesticide industrys. Yes drink water til your satisfied but dont go for the bullshit lie of 2 liters a day or other crazy stuff. even the bottled water is loaded with fluoride as its very hard to filter the fluoride molecules out. Read your toothpaste warning "if you swallow any call poison control" ...yet its in the water

drinking alot of water can also help you think better because you're brain is like 90% water, and staying hydrated helps you internal organs work properly and cleanse it from impurities in your blood

I was thinking about taking colder showers for that same reason... lose body heat -> body increases metabolism to regain that lost heat.
As you might know, a calorie in scientific terms is the energy required to increase 1 gram of water 1 degree. Swimming is well known to be a good exercise, but I wonder how much of the end result is due to physical activity, and how much from heat transfer from your body to the colder water.

when a chicken soup is cold, the fat becomes like gelatin. the human interior is warm and when you drink cold water your fat become like gelatin.
so that fat being caused problems in the arteries therefore I do not recommend to drink cold water

Yup... the human body is just like chicken soup. Fat is just all over the insides of our stomach. Oh wait. No it's not.

im glad im doing something right...
i have a question, did YOU make this vid? or did you upload it. if you DID make it i have a question or two. if you dind't make it feel free not to answer this.
1. I've been drinking about 8 16oz bottles of water every day. in order to quench appetite. i know i have to eat. or its bad for my body nutrition wise. if i take multivitamins and eat small ammounts of food (mainly veggies, and small protein) is it harming my body all?becuase i dont eat very much

1. I made it. Used that crazy background as I was learning some green screen effects at the same time.
2. The vitamins will act as insurance in case your nutrition isn't up to par. Sounds like that may be the case? I would suggest tweaking your nutrition first and not relying on vitamins. You won't reach your goals without a solid nutritional plan in place.
