I agree that the terrorists must be punished but how do u know that a guy caught during the war is actually the criminal who bombed the busses. It can not be proved until you try him in court. You can not simply catch a guy and say that he is the one who bombed and so shoot him right now. This is not my opinion but was the worldwide agreement in Geneva Convention on which your country also signed.
