09:29 2005 I'd say was the best 3-wide allignment that we saw over the past 10 years of Indy 500 starts.

God I miss Tom Carnegie. I am sure they will have a nice tribute at this year race!

09:37 wow they actually had a decent start in 2005, Ive been looking at all the tapes of the starts the past 15 years and most of them they are nowhere near 11 rows of three. But this start looks very good. I sure hope they get it right this year, it will be my first year attending the Indy 500.

Aw man! Yes! I remember this race! Living in Indiana I had to flip back and forth between the tape delayed broadcast of this race (Which I never liked.) and the Coke 600. So worth it though, because next year, I attended my first and so far favorite, Indy 500.
