Yes he did. The song is called "Brak Can't Stop Laughing" and it's from the CD "Space Ghost's Surf & Turf" based on the nonsence songs and sketches from the late 90s cartoon show "Cartoon Planet". The character who sings it is really dumb, hence that line "Don't let the front door hit you when you're stupid." There is another version of the song where he sings it without all the laughing and stupid dialogue, but the song is still nonsence.
