sorry, I don't have the builds anymore, but from the vid I can tell that Moonlight massacre has all toggles from energy aura, 4 attacks from elec melee, energy drain, aid self, hasten and super jump. As for Miss massacre, she has all toggles except cloak of fear and oppressive gloom, 4 attacks + AS, and stealth
