I was going to say the fake door re-entry was the funniest part.

Tomlin didn't show much professionalism with her sarcasm and condescension, and I don't blame him for getting mad at her attitude.

But screaming, name-calling and throwing set pieces around is taking it to a whole other level.

She planned that from beginning. If I were a director, there is no way in hell I would ever work with her. Anyone can see that she was trying to get to him. Very unprofessional. To be fair, Tomlin isn't exactly following her own advice about "setting a standard" for the crew very well either, treating Russell in a condescending manner until he finally blows a fuse.

This is a situation where both parties - actress and director - should have resolved their differences less explosively, and trying to make one or the other look like the bad guy is a pointless exercise.

And what about treating his crew like shit on Three Kings filming , where Clooney said it was the worst experience of his career , and when he headlocked Nolan at a party ? Did they also deserved to be treated like shit ?
