If anyone has any, I read that pink grapefruit, 30 min. excercise daily, and green vegetables help break fibroids down.
They can cause excess bleeding and pms pain

Is this an intramural fibroid that's being removed? How big was it? I have a 10 cm IM fibroid and I have to say, this video has been helpful as I consider my options, though more information would be great! Thanks for posting this.
