http://Shop.StrongerTeam.com - Here is a sample of one of our pre-season strength workouts. It is focused on upper body and core... but certainly addresses the entire body. In the month of September, our players strength train twice a week, do agility/conditioning once a week, and do their basketball skill work (and play organized pick-up) three times per week.

  • Hey guys I trust everything is going well for you and the team. I certainly respect your program and it's rich history and tradition We lost three kids, who are playing on D1 programs, so we are struggling this year with youngsters. Thanks for being so gracious.I am just a coach, much like you guys, who likes helping kids,I've developed some of the best high school athletic talent in the East Bay over the last 8 years. I would like to exchange ideas with your staff.

  • @TheCoachmass Sounds good man, feel free to email me any time at Alan at Stronger Team dot com. We appreciate your kind words and support.

  • Yo whats up? I just wanted to add to the discussion. I am the strength and performance coach for the Oakland high Wildcats in Oakland California. We've had some good athletes came through our program like Damian Lilllard, second leading scorer in college basketball. and Jabari Brown of MIssouri. The biggest concern would be from and technique on certain exercises. For instance, the kid doing the pushups with the weighted bag has poor form due to poor upper body flexibility.

  • @TheCoachmass Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
