In the month of September, our players strength train twice a week, do agility/conditioning once a week, and do their basketball skill work (and play organized pick-up) three times per week.

Yo whats up? I just wanted to add to the discussion. I am the strength and performance coach for the Oakland high Wildcats in Oakland California. We've had some good athletes came through our program like Damian Lilllard, second leading scorer in college basketball. and Jabari Brown of MIssouri. The biggest concern would be from and technique on certain exercises. For instance, the kid doing the pushups with the weighted bag has poor form due to poor upper body flexibility.
