Im American and love the U.S. but how come their are so many ignorant people that talk so stupidly about this healthcare reform. We are not a true capitalist society because if we were it would be like the 1920's when people were slaves to the wealthy and society really was terrible. Using fear spreads alot of ignorance and many americans are believing this bull shit. We need the public option and hopefully universal healthcare.

The individual mandate is a CONSERVATIVE principle. Why have they abandoned it? Why should society have to pay when that 25 year old has a car accident when they could have just had health insurance in the first place?

These Republicans keep hiding behind the assumption that people don't want health care...ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Have you seen what 25 y/o people do with their time? they get drunk and light fireworks on their face and then upload the video to youtube. And when they end up in the hospital, all us sensible 25 y/o who actually want health care and need it, but can't afford it, have to give up tax money to the ERs that have to treat those idiots that "don't want health care." What about us?

I'd like to know how Darrell Issa just said, the Government & Federal Employees have these great Health Care plans that the government pays 70% of it. Then he says, he wants that same care & system to be available to every American.

Ok sign me up for that!!!

But in what universe is Darrell from that the Government's gonna pay 70% of every private citizens healthcare plan?

Seriously if my plan is $200 per month that means the Gov will pay $140 of it. Yeah Right!!
