as NK brings "online" launch systems it would be detected - subs on the bottom can launch strikes & hit launch facilties in less than 5 minutes & destroy sites - additionally fleets can launch anti missle to missle defense, & air burst EMP pulses to destroy electronic devices- NK vs USA hehehe LOL - POOF GONE
if USA believed an attack was imminent the US would not hesitate to explode very small nuclear missles high altitude to EMP burst electronics inside NK and cause computer run devices

I have a message to NORTH KOREA, listen to Christs wisdom. Turn the other cheek, dont bite, dontfall into the trap. Thats just what certain powers want.
