Only damaged tiles are replaced, that's why some of the tiles are darker than others. I bet some of them are still from her first flight.

Why are people bitching about how terrible it looks, I'd like to see them put something into orbit and bring it back that good looking. Every tile on that craft will be replaced before its sent up into orbit again anyway.
