  • @ScaredPiglet you ARE a scared piglet.

  • @LordDeimos775 Hey thought I'd let you know, they get almost twice as much rain on the British properties and about 30% less hours of sunshine ayear than dose downtown Vancouver, so why do people pay twice as much to live there is beyond me...the steep hills and the salty taste of Vancouver's concrete jungle is what you see, you'd want to live in White Rock or Cresent Beach it's that bad in the British Properties.

  • @Ezdduf4kuZ I couldn't agree with you more. What your saying is that the crows look just fine flying freely amongst those shiny buildings downtown. It's the only major city in Canada...North America where people are known to pack an unbrella around 300 days a year. A chance of a shower is usually included in the weather forcast 265 days a year, but boy do those buildings downtown seem to shine!

  • I would of gathered these pictures were taken in June. These grey, wet conditions you see in this video could easily represent the many days we have with on and off showers and for the balance June it's generally cloudy to overcast. In fact it's a bonus to have two days with back to back sunshine and if we're lucky maybe three continuous days of total sunshine. This is Canada's rainforest, coined Lotusland by many. We have mts to the north and 2/3rds of the year you would never know it!!!

  • Mainly in the British Properties in West Van.

  • Okay, but as a Montreal moved to Vancouver, please help me out. What is it that everybody loves about this place? If you like rain and overcast in general, great. The city is fairly clean. And you can leave the city in a jiffy. But what do you like about it; what do you miss when you leave?

I've lived in many places, some I've loved, some I've hated, and some I've grown to love after hating them. But I've been here five months now and I just don't get it. I'd love to hear from you lovers.

  • So where in Van City do all the celebrities live?

  • Very good video showing what it looks like on a typical day. The cozy, sunny shots of summertime can be sweet but this video is what it's usually like. Greatest city in the world. This video needs some good music to accompany the photos like some easy going Tori Amos or Nicleback or something Vancouver people like. I had to turn off my speakers cause the noise was so bad.

  • A CONCRETE JUNGLE!
