Hi There~*, this looks like such a good and HEALTHY recipe. My grandma had diabetis and that is why I always have to be careful about food and a low carb, low sugar, low calorie diet all my life.
I was wondering...........so, in this cauliflower rice........there is no actual rice, Right????
you just call it like this because it looks like rice.

Great video..tried it myself..works..
Suggest browning "rice" first in hot skillet with no cal spray...results give a "brown rice" flavor..goes good with stir fry foods
