Supervisor: "You did NOT check out your facts" Irondequoit Town Board meeting Richard Barone 3/18/09

Irondequoit Town Board meeting - Richard "Don Vito" Barone - the Godfather of town meetings and public input - 3/18/09.

Included within Mr. Barone's input regarding the Senior Center on Pinegrove Avenue, he satates "I believed you when you told us that we were unable to expand the Pinegrove faciltiy" - but this was not the case, we can. "You did not check out your facts before you told us (the town) that"

He addresses the board of the recent mailing that was influenced in the "yes" vote ... by Supervisor Heyman "suggestive".

He asks the town board - "How many residents may have voted otherwise voted "no" had they known that Pinegrove was indeed expandable?"

He continued on, with regard to the land at Pinegrove to be on a lot that is 275x300 ... and we all know that to be 1.89 acres .... close to 2 acres is ample room to build out, square up ... many more creative alternatives then we, the residents, knew of prior to the vote on February 24th.
