@Jeansieguy Yours is Penang style! In Brunei we use beef or chicken, rice noodles, egg, beansprouts, spring onion and light soy sauce over high heat... eat now also!!! Yummy.

Are there different versions?
My recipe has rice noodle, prawns, lap cheong (spelling?, chinese sausage), egg, bean sprouts, garlic chives, garlic, chili (pounded, sambal...), ketjap, light soy cooked inwok over high heat fast... eat now!!! yummo.
