Many people may have concern about the cooking performance of an induction cooker whether the heat is sufficient and quick enough to cook food. In fact, the cooker heats the whole bottom of the cookware directly , evenly and instantly and without losing energy to heat up the surrounding air. hence, induction cooker cooks much faster and thus more energy efficient! And let's hear the comment from the chef.
