Cheers! there are still a few A807's in recording studios, its well worth asking around as you never know what will turn up sometimes, this A812 actually came from a gentleman who worked for BBC Radio Devon, I had also brought off him a few Uhers and such.

If to choose between this Studer A812 and a Studer C37, which one would you choose? On the technical side and on the sound reproduction side.
Possibilities of course are bigger with the A812 than with the C37.

Thats a tricky one, the A812 does perform better than the C37 though the C37 is simple to fix, sadly neither of them get much use with the A820 around.
