From EsoCast, Dr. J. explores the upheaval in our understanding of the universe brought on by the discovery that the universe is not just expanding, but is accelerating outward at an ever increasing pace. Was Einstein wrong? Are we missing something crucial in our understanding of how it all began? Either way, this is one of the most exciting scientific discoveries in a long time.
@950horsepower Our species is in an evolutionary decline. As this gets worse, more and more complex issues must be reduced to simpler and simpler terms. The language becomes undecipherable. Many people today can grasp very complex issues and resolve them correctly. Ideas of great genius are understandable by most people, so, we only recognize genius in those who can express these concepts in terms we can cope with. I don't call them wacko. We are just loosing the art of language.
@Tygrychu These are simple concepts. Essentially self-explanatory. Conventional physics relies on 3d math, lower dimensional physics only has zeros. It's not that difficult if you spend some time on it. Most wackos can get it. I'm not contradicting convention entirely, just exploring the same data beginning with slightly different initial assumptions. Trans dimensional physics and the electric universe have been completely ignored. These are not the brightest minds. Not by a long shot.
I've learned not to read comments anymore because it's always people spewing bullshit, bitching about others who are spewing bullshit, or arguing about religion.
Let me guess, you are another wacko who thinks he found the unified field theory ? I guess you are right, you probably have a better understanding of the universe than all the brightest minds in the world combined. Could you please explain what this "trans dimensional entropy" means and how it "creates" space and what the term "sub-mathematical" means?
they weren't wrong per se because they didn't make any claims like "the expansion is slowing down" or "the expansion is steady". Most of the today's physics is bulletproof because everything has been tested experimentally. Still there is a lot we do not know, but the good thing is scientists never take anything for granted until they have proof.
Trans dimensional entropy. We are the detritus of dimension two. lol Acceleration of expansion is simple logic and many have assumed it for decades. :) If you haven't got the electric piece of this puzzle, and, if you don't grasp the concept of dimensionality, simply because it is sub-mathematical, you can never understand how things really work, even if you are a high and mighty astrophysicist. :o
There was no singularity. It's trans-dimensional entropy that creates space.
@Killuminati911 Yup.

@TheMetallicSharpie Bingo! thank you, somebody finally gets it.

Hmmm, if scientists were wrong about something this important, i wonder what else we're wrong about?...
