  • John, I have a question. I traveled this year with my family to Indiana from Pennsylvania by airplane. Short of bringing my omega 8006 along and juicing or fashioning a salad in the hotel room in the minimal amount of time I spent there, I seemed to be out of luck. This is not an excuse for engaging in the social conduct, but merely an appeal to a more experienced agent for advice in a similar situation in the possible future.

  • I have MANY times made food in the hotel room. The possibilities are ENDLESS. See

for a simple salad that I make with just three ingredients.

  • Ate the traditional Xmas meal AND indulged in extra helping of Klamath Lake Blue Green algae both before and after. Even though some of the food was purely nostalgic and not for taste, I did partake, partly to be sociable. The BGA really helps stave away the after-party blahs! Just unpacked my Omega 8004 juicer and am going to juice the turnip greens I pulled from my garden.

John, did you ever do a review of the different spiralizer tools?

  • i think a mix of all foods is the best for a human , back before the commercialization of beef and poultry , and even before that ... people were completely healthy with nice teeth eating a diet of meat and berries ,its just the crap thats added these days that is bad for all of us , but i agree 100 % with john kohler ...

  • HI JOHN: I love your very informative videos and that you are actually living a raw lifestyle so you really know what you are talking about and what we are looking for. For your many videos, is there an index somewhere so I can locate particular things?

Wishing you wonderful, happy adventures and prosperity for this New Year - BEST YEAR YET!
