This is my HDX300 heli flying and self destructing on an inverted punch out.

The crash was caused by a mechanical failure.....

  • The blades have negative and positive pitch. Hope you figured that out in 5 months!

  • how does it go upside down? Do the Blades Reverse or What?

  • The first thing about flying RC helis is: Practice, practice, practice:)(And patience);)Learn on your sim to HOVER tail in,(towards you),then side in,left&right, then nose in BEFORE u try to fly forwards.Once u have done that, you can try to hover at different heights(tail in at first) to get used to different perpectives 10ft away 20ft high etc.

  • thanks for the reply! i have just brought a walkera-68b. and g3 simultor but on the i find it hard to see the heli sometimes! have you got any tips for me or any recomendations? cheers fm keir

  • Thanks for the compliment! I've been flying for about 1 1/2 years. Alot of my learning has been on a simulator. :)
