@HordeWTFPWNER You're not wrong. Body movements such as the duck, slip and roll are proactive defences i.e. you don't wait for a shot to be thrown, you do the move in order to avoid shots that might be thrown. The hand defences such as blocks and parries are reactive defences i.e. you see the shot coming and block or parry it.

youre second video for me watching, i have to subscribe. Youre the man... but question: just droppin down, gravity seems to be the speed, and bending over is dangerous but you can use your abs to drive your head down out of the way. Would it be wise to use both simultaneously?
