Your lucky to have a good honest contractor. Most are OK, but they hire sketchy workers that must be supervised. with any contractor, measure their progress daily, let them know your watching them, and NEVER "turn them loose". The one writing the check is the Boss. Dont let them buffalo you, and if they seem to be dragging and delaying, fire them and bring in the next one. Eventually, you'll get your ally.

Im 20 years old in the army and i have always wanted to get in the real estate buisness. I would like to own houses and rent them out to the working, low income consumers. This video has help me get a little insite on the buisness thank you!!!
