  • Your lucky to have a good honest contractor. Most are OK, but they hire sketchy workers that must be supervised. with any contractor, measure their progress daily, let them know your watching them, and NEVER "turn them loose". The one writing the check is the Boss. Dont let them buffalo you, and if they seem to be dragging and delaying, fire them and bring in the next one. Eventually, you'll get your ally.

  • @filthymaggot77 - Not nice. They are giving free info for people to learn. They are not flashy tv personalities - they are just doing the business. Watch the BoobTube if you want to be entertained. Watch this video of you want to learn something.
