  • @rolfsrensen

lucian Bute already beat him and allan green is in the super 6 tournament now lol but andre ward is gona box him while the super 6 is on then they are gona arrange negotiaions for the dirrell fight because they cant agree terms so Bika is gona be Wards warm up

  • This training video is a good example of once you've mastered the "basics", learn something else

  • pretty decent fighter and tough as hell. Maybe not the best defense in the world. He should fight Allan Green while the super six tournament is going on. Or even Lucian Bute.

  • Totally mate

any supermiddle would not look forward to a fight with him. Not the best in the division but probbably the toughest and a real test for anyone. Like you said, he gave Calzaghe a tough night

Shame he isnt in the super six

  • Sakio is a tough test for anyone and one of my favourite fighters for his sheer grit and determination. I have admired him since I saw him fight Joe Calzaghe and gave him shuch a hard time and was overjoyed when he won the contender. He is the super middleweight divisions Paul Williams no one wants a piece of Sakio

  • You should always turn the jab over in a fast rotation of the fist and shoulder. think of the way a bullet comes out of a gun it rotates and this adds to the speed and power

  • i have question about jab. when i jab, i tend to rotate my shoulder over so that my palm is facing down. i see many fighters who dont really do that. bika is one example, looking at his shadow boxing. i have good snap in my jab and can anyone comment on screwing the fist?

  • See my heavy bag workout

  • totally. a real awkward one for anyone

  • hes dirty tho remember that
