The movement system of the Bian (whip) is suitable to accomplish the hunyuan philosophy in the movements. I worked out a "note system" to write them down. It is more spectacular and easier to follow the spun whip on the screen than the chain one so I show the movements with this whip. The heavier the whip the more efficient the usage of the hunyuan. The handle of the whip is a very important part of this weapon. I have developed my handle for years.

This is the best chain whip video i have yet to see. The slow movements and colorful chain give beginners an idea on placement. Outstanding!
