Thanks for the info. I won't take a vaccine unless I KNOW for sure what is in it and that it is safe, and I haven't taken vaccines in years! The swine flu vaccine has hurt more people than the actual virus has in the past!
If I am a high-risk group with let's say ASTHMA OR BRONCHIAL RELATED DISEASES (PROBLEMS), does boosting up my immune system (using natural ways: increasing vitamin D in organism, etc) PREVENTS from getting a SWINE FLU?

Dear everyoneSalegend: Taking regular doses of Vit D and Vit C won't hurt. However, the only proven way to prevent getting H1N1 is through vaccination. You should decide whether the benefit of the vaccine outweighs the risk. Currently, Public Health recommends that everyone receive the H1N1 vaccine.

I would bet the house that you have NEVER seen a case of measles encephalitis, congenital rubella syndrome, sterility due to mumps, or H. influenzae type B meningitis with severe hearing loss. Prior to vaccination, these were catastrophic illnesses and VERY common, and if you had seen them, you'd be the very FIRST to get your kids vaccinated.
