Law Prof. Alan Dershowitz was the inaugural speaker for the Professor William Prusoff Honorary Lecture Series presented by The Yale Initiative for the Inderdiscipinary Study of Antisemitism. Charles Asher Small is the president and founder of YIISA.
he's very creative - I think to make a point he should have HIS balls hooked up - if one could find them - although judging from his work it seems his balls are somewhat bigger than his brain
It should also be noted that it's impossible to determine if your facing a "ticking time bomb" senario. Dershowitz referred to this as an ideal senario where all is clear. But the fog of war will always add to our confusion. He basically says that though he supports torture under the most serious of situations, he can't imagine his ideal senario coming true, so basically he really isn't saying anything controversial. The use of torture in the future will never meet his conditions for approval.
ummm, did you even read his article where he originally justified the use of torture? It has more to do with America than "zionism". He said torture should only be used in a ticking time bomb senario like if our government had 12 hours to prevent 9/11 and they needed to know how to stop it. He then says that even in that senario, torture should not be lethal or cause injury.

Dershowitz is a neo-conservative, and he supports U.S. fascism as well as Israeli violations of human rights.
