Chef Tsuchiyamas menus are flexible enough to take advantage of Waimea-grown tomatoes, an amazing variety of lettuces, and other locally grown foods and produce, along with freshly caught island fish and more so that what is brought to the table is made from the freshest ingredients possible. Tsuchiyamas unique style merges the cuisine of Hawaii with international foods, gleaning from his experiences around the world.
