@RonaldhoIsAWanker Rockford, New Haven, Little Rock and Oakland have a majority white population. New Haven is less than 10% black. Some of the best cities to raise a family have a large population of blacks (i.e. Baton Rouge). Austin has some of the highest crime rates yet they have a small black population. There are too many different cases to make a definitive rule. There is a small (and decreasing) black population in the USA. The fact that you think they are the biggest issue is asinine.
