Nicole was hired to be lead, tahts why she's lead. Its not because teh others aren't good, its just her job :) She has an amazing range though and good control.

I love the comments regarding Nicole, her voice, and why she always sings lead. For all those with questions, just think about Diana and the Supremes. The ladies singing background are (somewhat) insignificant. It's all about Nicole...she was hired to be the person in front. During this period, the girls in back could be traded and swapped out and no one know or even care. The face of this group is Nicole.
