Increasing the debt ceiling while reducing taxes and fighting two expensive wars - makes total sense to me. In fact, we had surplus that paid for all of our spending and tax cuts - right. Why would Harry want to put a limit on spending at that point?

I would say the 8 dislikes are Democrats/liberals, but they're not the kind of people to go out of their way inform themselves on facts they dislike. They pretend like this kind of thing doesn't exist.

It is funny that when BUSH was in office, high gas prices was his fault (BIG OIL CRONYS GETTING PAYBACK FROM BUDDY BUSH). Obama inherited $1.90/gal gas and now it is $4.00, YET it is not his fault. No, maybe if you took a single economics class in your pathetic life you would understand that spending on deficit in recession IS WHAT MAINSTREAM ECONOMICS CALLS FOR. Not after a decade of runaway growth and bubble building when tax revenues were still high as bush and you conservatards did!
