Mr. Pilon I purchased you ESE program and registered it per YOUR instructions to provide a record of my purchase in case of a "computer issue" well I have had a computer issue and my entire ESE PDF was lost I have emailed you several times asking for another download and have been ignored thus far! is this practical customer service?? I'm suprised at the lack of help I am recieveing you sounded like a stand up guy...
