then add salt and water for consistency as you please. Real easy to make and you got your own grilled salsa.

Man'O' man, I wa laughing. Love the music. Goes well with the mexican fajita theme. Hey try making your own salsa. Grab 3 or 4 green peppers of your choice. Jalapeno or serranos. One full tomatoe. Wash them of course. Get all the peppers and tomatoe in a piece of foil paper. Wrap it good. And finally just throw it on the grill while the meat cooks. Just put it to the side and it will cook the peppers and tomatoe real nice inside the foil. When theyre ready simply throw them in a liquifier.

i have a couple ??what made the fajitas look so soft was it the marinade and the time you left it in there??& for how long did you leave it in there...those fajitas looked really great......i like medium rare but my family like well done but they seem to get a little tuff when there well done....& yours looked well done & soft please get back thanks bro!

@gigiwoe Do you grill them at high heat? They is the secret.. You can also fillet them thinner so they cook faster... Make a real high heat and grill about 2 inches from the coals...Try marinating them in sour orange juice also.....I hope this helps...
