The reason for the police intervention was perfectly legal under American law. The Constitutional Bill of Rights states, and I quote: "Congress shall make no law respecting (etc, etc.) the right of people peaceably to assemble." Guys, the Dems in this video DID NOT protest peacefully against the RNC, therefore, the police had the right to use non-lethal or potentially injuring action on the protesters.
i agree obamas just old money in a new suit again, oh and this time hes black, what better way to confuse the sheople of the world. Obamas done nothing but lie and go back on his word, hes just here to smooth shit out after the rage and awareness bush awoke in people. So now he continues bush's course of action and so will the next. viva le revolution or somthin like that
I'm sorry, but if this were a nazi country, the police would just mow everyone down for protesting but because we are a free country, they don't grow a pair and stop doing things illegal
you are fuckin sheep, baaaa baaa dont break the law they tell us thats how it should be so it is??????????????????.....you grow a fuckin pair, stop laying passively under the thumb of politics and laws and realize, that police dont have the right to stop you from protesting, in a democracy you do have a right to disagree with the government, , but what democracy you dont get to vote on any of the decisions being made or bills being passed,
actually the police do have a right to stop one from protesting if the protest gets out of hand, or if the protest organizers don't have a permit (this protest got out of hand) the only reason they are there is to prevent people from getting killed (i.e. preventing a riot) I'm not trying to be an asshole, I have actually done a good amount of research into riot control
