You should buy a Behringer Xenyx 1002FX Mixer as a simple cheap backup mixer. I have one just in case. Overall the gig looked ok, and hey ya got a tip so ya must have done something right! lol

I'm glad you actually put a gig log up that had a problem on it, because not many DJ's do that, and it happens, even if it is only every 10yrs.

well i have that powered mixer that i used and ran the mic cable through... i have another numark mixer in the storage shed,,, but i might buy a new one :)

Wow OMG I feel for ya Mark, I have had only a few parties like this and it brings you down, it's not you but the crowd can make you feel like your not doing your job but you know better. I had a party where the mother moved me to a gazebo around 100 feet from where the dance floor was to be. The crowd didn't know where to dance because I was so far away. I hated it, but you have to grin and bear it and just hope the next one goes better.

thanks for posting even when it was a rought nite, i havent had eq fail on me, but then again i use a dj mixer to a 12 ch. mic mixer to plug mics and my dj mixer to and a usually use four crown amps so if one was to go out so whar rite any how, the crowed here on this video were hard to please but that happens every now and then thanks again keep posting....

haha... These are shit gigs Mark.... I dont take it personal when this happens, its a toe tapping party. Thats all they do tap there toes. Usually it means its a dry bar or no free drinks wedding, THAT SUX. I like playing really random shit when this happens... but then, i'm 6'3 and 270lbs and a martial arts instructor as well lol
