Hi !! So if you didn't know, I am a strong believer in home training, though once a week or once every 2 weeks I hit the gym to train a muscle that I feel I need improving. The gym is where I can lift heavier than usual =] , P.S I never included the weight of the bar-bell, though I think it might 22kg (an olympic bar)
